Jonathan Kaye, Founder and President

Prior to forming Health Data Innovations, Jonathan was founder and President of Health Data Management Solutions, Inc., a nationally recognized company providing data analytic and reporting services to self-insured employers and Health Plans. Under Jonathan's leadership, the company grew from a startup to be a significant force in the delivery of analytic and reporting tools. The company was sold to ActiveHealth Management, Inc, which was subsequently purchased by Aetna.

Jonathan has been involved in the data side of the health care industry for 20 years and has significant experience and expertise in database design, development, data scrubbing and in the development of analytic and reporting applications for all areas of health care, including providers and payors. Jonathan has developed significant expertise in the area of data-flow process management and in the efficient usage of data to support the management and operations of health-care businesses.

Bonnie Bisol Cassidy, Vice President, Sales and Business Development

Bonnie has 15 years of experience helping health plans, hospital systems, self-insured employers, and related organizations to more efficiently and effectively acquire, integrate, and use health care data. She has held a variety of roles including analyst, consultant, account manager, and salesperson for companies focused on health services research, payment system design and deployment, data warehousing, claims-based analytics and reporting, and master data management.

Bonnie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and a Master’s degree in Health Science with a concentration in Health Policy from Johns Hopkins University.

Maher Atwah, Chief Technology Officer

Maher has over 20 years experience in the Information Technology field, including 9 years in the healthcare industry and four years of academic teaching. He has served in a wide variety of capacities such as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, managing partner, assistant professor, manager of business systems, and senior technical consultant. Additionally, Maher served as Technical Advisor for the Join Together Project that focused on designing and implementing a "Virtual Professional Development School" for deaf educators.

Maher holds both a PhD and MS in Computer Science from Kent State University, Kent, Ohio along with a BS in Computer Science from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. He has a number of publications in scholarly journals and regularly presents at technological conferences.

Lynne Lloyd, Senior Data Consultant

Lynne has more than 20 years of experience with healthcare data using SAS. She has expertise working with a broad spectrum of healthcare data (eligibility, medical claims, pharmacy claims, disability claims, health risk assessment, lab results, disease management, utilization management, case management) to support integrated solutions aimed at improving the quality, and reducing the cost of healthcare for employers and health plans. Lynne has designed and implemented operational procedures and practices for collecting and processing healthcare data using SAS in ways that maximize the value of the information for data analysis. In addition, she has extensive experience in data integration and reporting, process improvement, and outcomes reporting.

Marty Porter, Senior Data Consultant

Marty has been working with healthcare-related data for over 18 years, and using SAS software to manage and analyze large datasets for 27 years. He has developed expertise in turning data from employers, health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, laboratories and other data vendors into consistent, useful information. Projects have included editing/preparation of data for clinical decision support systems, physician profiling, cost-benefit analysis of disease management software implementations, design and development of interactive reporting systems, and prospective payment system reporting.

Lara Isakov, Senior Data Consultant

Lara has experience with healthcare-related data for over 15 years, and worked as a Senior Programmer/Analyst using SAS software for over 12 years. Her experience includes managing, analyzing and reporting data extracted from SAS datasets for self insured employer and health plan clients. Her projects include merging various data sources (medical claims, enrollment, pharmacy claims, disease management data) into standard databases to provide clients with meaningful report and adhoc solutions . She worked on team based implementations, creating data mapping routines, editing processes and generating customized data extracts using SAS.

Jennifer McClure, Senior Data Consultant

Jennifer McClure comes to HDI with over 10 years experience in Healthcare Informatics, with a recent focus on IT Project Management. Prior to her work at HDI, Jenn managed a successful NCQA & HEDIS accreditation process at an HMO based in Erie, PA. Jenn’s previous experience also includes her work as Senior Data Operations Manager at Health Data Care Management Company – where she served as the conduit between development staff and business leads.

Jenn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, and a M.S. in Health Policy & Administration from The Pennsylvania State University.

Jillian Godee, Senior Data Consultant

Jillian has worked with healthcare-related data for over nine years utilizing SAS software. She has been responsible for managing and analyzing complex databases of integrated healthcare data (including medical claims, pharmacy claims, dental claims, vision claims, eligibility, disability claims, health risk assessments, health coaching, medical management, and EHR) to support reporting and extract generation. In her current and prior roles, Jillian has championed the implementation of health claim data specifications and standards, as well as documentation on data processes and implementation procedures.

Jillian’s previous experience includes her role as a Product Manager, where she designed specifications for and coordinated cross-functional teams in the implementation of enhancements, such as claims auditing capabilities, for an online claims data reporting tool. Most recently, Jillian served as Director, where she managed a SAS programming team in preparing claim data for predictive modeling, to drive Case Management outreach.

Jillian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Simon Fraser University, in British Columbia, Canada, and an MBA in Health Care Management from Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio.

Adnan Vora, Senior Software Developer

Adnan has over 12 years of experience in software development in various industries. He has contributed to the design and development of financial reporting software for major international banks and investment firms, web application development for Fortune 500 companies, reporting and automation software for the health care industry and development of leading-edge business intelligence software. His experience encompasses data warehousing, ETL, automation, web development and business intelligence.

Adnan holds a PhD in Computer Science from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio and a Masters in Computer Science from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. He has published a number of research papers in leading peer-reviewed journals in his field.
