Health Care Veteran Launches Value-Added Data Management Company.

Health Data Innovations has formed to allow health care purchasers and providers to maximize the usage of vast amounts of data they interact with on a daily basis. "Purchasers and providers need to show value, comply with government and client requirements, operate efficiently and be flexible, in order to adapt to the changing health care marketplace. The efficient usage of data is key to success in all these areas," said Jonathan Kaye, the firm's President.

Kaye, a 20-year veteran of the data side of the health care industry. has significant experience and expertise in database design, development, data scrubbing and in the development of analytic and reporting applications for all areas of health care, including providers and payers. Prior to forming Health Data Innovations, Kaye was founder and President of Health Data Management Solutions, Inc., a nationally recognized company providing data analytic and reporting services to self-insured employers and Health Plans. Under Jonathan's leadership, the company grew from a startup to be a significant force in the delivery of analytic and reporting tools. The company was sold to ActiveHealth Management, Inc, which was subsequently purchased by Aetna.

Health Data Innovations offers a unique combination of skills and experience specifically focused on understanding data flows within the health care marketplace and developing approaches, processes, solutions and tools to support organizations which are focused on improving their business and operations through the efficient usage of their data.
